This week, all 23 of our classes came into the Learning Commons to celebrate International Dot Day. This event is based on Peter Reynold's book The Dot and is intended to encourage students that they can make a difference. We celebrated Dot Day by watching a video rendition of The Dot, creating our own dots, completing dot-to-dots, and eating...you guessed it...dots! Student projects will be pieced together in order to help students further see that while one person can make an impact, when many people come together, the impact can be even greater! A big thank you goes out to our staff, volunteers, and PTO for helping to make this event a success!
