This week, classes celebrated our 2nd annual Dot Day celebration! We revisited the book The Dot by Peter Reynolds and also read another book of which he is a co-author of, Going Places. Going Places also gave us the opportunity to tie in our words for the Learning Commons - connect, collect, and create. After learning the new song created for Dot Day, students then decorated their own dots which will all be put together for this year's display. Primary students also completed dot-to-dots and our intermediate students played the dot game. Please encourage our students to make their own mark in a positive way and remind them that they are capable of making a difference!
